Site Design for multifamily and single-family residential on master development of former quarry site. Products included townhomes, tri-plexes, four-plexes, and 25 units per acre multifamily. Carriage units on the multifamily site were used to help define a streetscape of the main circulation route. The hillside site is crowned by a community recreation center and threaded together by a pedestrian route down the slope and leading to an adjacent commercial center.
