Synopsis:  The Pangaea team provided preliminary and final engineering services for this age-restricted community. Solera is part of the larger master-planned community of Rancho Diamante with 2,600 single-family and 560 multifamily residential units; a community center; an 8-acre commercial center; and a community park.  The scope of services included tentative map design, processing, and approval: specific plan support; and final engineering. Collaboration on the design and implementation of the Paseo system lends identity to the community and saved on drainage infrastructure costs.
