A rural area of farmland crossed by riparian creeksheds, varied topography, surrounding circulation and the client’s development program requirements were the opportunities and constraints that drove the land plan. Land uses include single-family and multifamily residential, community and neighborhood parks and schools. Commercial and civic uses mix with higher density residential to define the urban core.
